All products supplied by Apex Research FZ-LLC (“Apex Research”) are supplied strictly for research and laboratory use only.

Products are intended for:

• in vitro research
• scientific investigation
• analytical and reference testing
• related laboratory applications conducted by qualified individuals or organisations

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are used, stored, handled and disposed of in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements in their jurisdiction.

Apex Research makes no representation as to the suitability, efficacy or safety of any product for any purpose other than laboratory research. We do not provide dosing information, administration protocols, usage schedules, or any medical, clinical or scientific advice regarding the use of our products. Any request for such information will be declined.

Nothing on our Site, in our materials, or in any communication from us constitutes medical advice or an endorsement of any use outside a controlled research setting.

By purchasing from Apex Research, you agree to participate in the Apex Research Researcher Validation Programme.

As a condition of maintaining an active researcher account, Apex Research may periodically request supporting research-related information, including study summaries, research observations, data abstracts or comparable documentation, for quality control and research programme purposes.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of purchasing access and/or researcher validation status.

Apex Research may request information to verify:

• customer identity and age
• business, institutional or laboratory details
• professional affiliation
• intended research use

We reserve the right to:

• request additional verification or supporting documentation at any time
• refuse, cancel, limit or hold any order
• refuse, suspend or terminate any account where misuse, inaccurate information, or use inconsistent with legitimate research purposes is suspected
• decline to supply any product to any jurisdiction

Orders are accepted at our discretion and are not confirmed until dispatched.

Products must be handled only by individuals competent to work with research materials, using appropriate laboratory practices and personal protective equipment. Customers are responsible for maintaining specified storage conditions on receipt, and for the safe disposal of products and packaging in accordance with local requirements.

The regulatory status of research compounds varies between jurisdictions. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine whether a product may lawfully be imported into, possessed in, and used within their jurisdiction, and to obtain any permit, licence or approval required. Apex Research accepts no responsibility for shipments detained, seized, delayed or refused by any customs or regulatory authority.

Products must not be re-exported or transferred in breach of any applicable trade, sanctions or export control regime.

By purchasing from this Site, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years of age
• products are purchased solely for legitimate research purposes
• you understand the nature of the products supplied
• you are qualified and competent to handle and use the products safely
• products will not be used, administered, resold or supplied outside their intended research purpose
• the information you have provided to us is accurate and complete

Apex Research accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or any use of products outside their intended research purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the supply or use of any product.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Research, its officers, employees and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or legal actions arising from improper, unauthorised or unlawful use of products supplied.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
