GLOW combines three compounds studied for two jobs: repair and rebuilding. BPC-157 grows new blood vessels into damaged tissue, and TB-500 moves repair cells to where they're needed. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide the body makes naturally, with levels falling by about 60% between age 20 and 60. It switches on collagen and elastin production.
Areas studied
Collagen and skin firmness. In human skin studies, GHK-Cu increased collagen and improved firmness and fine lines.
Wound healing. GHK-Cu has decades of wound-healing research behind it.
Injury repair. BPC-157 and TB-500 sped up tendon, ligament and muscle repair in animal studies.
Hair. GHK-Cu is studied for hair and follicle health. Early data only.
Evidence in brief: GHK-Cu has human skin studies behind it, mostly from creams and serums. BPC-157 and TB-500 are backed by strong animal research. The three-way blend itself hasn't been trialled.
